Children Under 13

The App is intended for users 13 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately. Third-Party Services

We share limited data with third-party services to provide specific features:

AI Services (OpenAI and Anthropic)

When you use goal suggestions or photo verification features, we send relevant data (your input text, photos, and context) to OpenAI and/or Anthropic’s AI services. These services process the data to generate suggestions or verify photos. We use Anthropic as a backup service for reliability.

What this means: Your goals, photos, and related inputs may be processed by these AI providers. We recommend not including sensitive personal information in goals or photos.

Payment Processors

All payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchase (iOS) and Google Play Billing (Android). We do not have access to your payment card details. Refer to Apple’s and Google’s privacy policies for how they handle payment information.

Analytics

We use built-in analytics to track how users interact with the App. This helps us identify bugs, understand which features are popular, and improve the overall experience.

Data Retention

• Active Accounts: We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services
• Deleted Accounts: If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law

WontLetYou is based in the United States. If you access the App from outside the U.S., your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.
